Well after almost two years, The Global Poll finally launched today at 10am.
Over the past two weeks, The Global Poll has invited people to suggest poll questions to go live for today’s launch. Some of these questions, which can now be viewed and voted on, include:
- What have you or will you spend your Stimulus Package bonus on?
- How will median property prices change in Sydney this year?
- If Australia becomes part of a pandemic involving Swine Flu, what precautions (if any) would you take to help prevent catching it?
- What do you think of the Commonwealth Government’s decision to delay the operation of the Emissions Trading Scheme until 2011?
To get off to a good start, The Global Poll is running a competition and giving away a prize pack consisting of a Dell Inspiron(TM) Mini 10 Laptop with mobile printer and a 24-month Optus ‘yes’ wireless 2GB mobile broadband connection, valued at $2,173.
To have a chance to win, entrants must vote on one or many Global Poll questions. Entrants will receive an additional entry for each poll they have voted on. The competition closes at 11.59 pm on Monday, 18 May 2009 AEST.
