Voting on the first ever poll question for The Global Poll website has begun with an early favorite, ‘What have you or will you spend your Stimulus Package bonus on?’

The winning question with the most votes will not only be the first ever poll question on the our offical launch day, Tuesday, 12 May 2009 at 10am (AEST), but will win a Dell Inspiron™ Mini 10 Laptop with a Dell Mobile Printer and a 24 Months Optus ‘yes’ Wireless 2GB Mobile Broadband Connection to the value of AUD$2,173.

Countdown to launch

 

 The Global Poll first series of polls will go live on Tuesday, 12 May at 10 am (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and to celebrate the launch, we are running a competition for voters and pollsters where you could win a Dell Inspiron(TM) Mini 10 Laptop and a 24-month Optus ‘yes’ wireless 2GB mobile broadband connection, valued at $2,173.

 

The Global Poll is inviting you to submit quirky, interesting, thought-provoking poll questions you would like to see live on launch day. You will then be invited to ask friends and relatives to vote for your question. The most popular questions will be selected for the first series of polls on Tuesday, 12 May.

 

Prizes will be awarded to one pollster for submitting the most popular poll question prior to launch, one voter for pre-registering their details prior to launch and one voter for voting on polls before 18 May.
